The Deathwatch book lists all surgical procedures undertaken by a Battle Brother, and castration is never undertaken. It is all adding organs, not taking them away. Remember that all Space Marines are 'Angelic Warrior Knights'. They have taken on an oath of celibacy so that they may 1) focus their entire existence on the elimination of the enemies of the Imperium. 2) retain the purity and secrets of their sacred gene-seed. 3) good luck taking off the Black Carapace, which is all but grafted in to their skin.
